John is a writer and self-proclaimed social scientist living in Chicago. He takes fun thoughts and turns them into strategic words for hospitality, cpg, healthcare, real-estate, insurance, dental, cosmetics, non-profit, and crypto clients. Concepting, planning and executing short-form and long-form copy for print, digital, social, radio, and film is where he thrives.
He has been acclaimed as “the Midwest of America” by at least one student at a small liberal arts college, also in the Midwest, and may or may not find things in cereal boxes—not that he’s much of a cereal person. He claims to be a liberal arts student, but no longer pays tuition.
When not writing, John enjoys being kind, watering plants, making music, learning, researching new tech, reading books and news, walking, puzzles, taking fieldnotes, ginger gold apples, camping, conversations, listening, riding his bike, poems, friends, strangers, lower back support, his wife, and cats.
He currently works a multi-faceted Content Creation role at The Studio for Digital Craftsmanship. Feel free to ask him about it.
John welcomes any feedback, support, or advice.
